   Resignation of Director 

   Imperial announces that Nathan Graves has stepped down from the Board 
with immediate effect in order to pursue commitments outside of the 
Company. During his time with the Company Nathan was instrumental in 
signing Patricia Hammond and Skinny Lister and has overseen their 
progress. Whilst Phil McCool will continue in this role, we are pleased 
that Nathan has agreed to assist us with a smooth transition to ensure 
his resignation will not be detrimental to the artists. Furthermore he 
has agreed to act in a consultancy role if needed in the future. 

   We would like to thank Nathan for all his work during his time on the 
Board and would like to wish him all the best with his future ventures.
