IMPERIAL MUSIC & MEDIA PLC
("Imperial" or the "Company")
Appointment of Director
Imperial is pleased to announce the appointment of Philip (Phil) McCool
to the Board of the Company as an Executive Director. Phil will seek to
broaden the Company's product offering by exploiting existing assets
across a fuller spectrum of media channels. Whilst recognising that

has worked at board level in live and recorded arts for twenty six
years. In 1997, he won a fellowship to study film production at Columbia
University in New York and moved into script development. Phil has
worked as a consultant script analyst and story editor in London, Los
Angeles, and New York for such clients as BBC Drama, Channel Four
Television, and Gorilla Entertainment Ltd. Most recently Phil has been
working as lead mentor with MusicUp Ltd, spotting and nurturing young
musical talent.
